- Caring for Carers: Information/support and advice. They can put you in touch with other carers and help you look after your health and wellbeing: 01752 201890

- Harbour Centre Harbour: helps anyone, including friends and family, affected by the misuse of drugs and alcohol by providing information, education, assessment and care co-ordination. They run drop in sessions for new referrals: 01752 434343
